许可总监

工作地点：深圳或北京

关于这个岗位：

作为中国市场的许可总监，您将深度参与 Avanci 专利许可项目的战略执行，与许可经理、许可业务高级副总裁及总经理紧密协作，在充满活力的世界级团队中发挥核心作用。

主要职责：

▪ 识别并评估中国市场专利许可新机会
Identify and evaluate new opportunities for patent licensing in China

▪ 与市场中潜在被许可方/许可方保持有效沟通与互动
Maintain effective communication and engagement with potential licensees/licensors

▪ 协助审查许可合同及协议
Assist in the review of licensing contracts and agreements

▪ 向潜在客户全面介绍公司许可解决方案
Provide a comprehensive overview of company licensing solutions to prospective customers

▪ 与团队协作，支持与潜在客户的合同谈判
Partner with and support other licensing team members in contract negotiations

学历要求 | Education

▪ 金融、商业或法律/知识产权相关本科学历（必须） 

▪ 研究生、MBA 或法律博士（JD）学位（优先）

经验要求：

▪8年以上专利/知识产权许可或知识产权法律相关工作经验

知识与技能：

▪ 具备专利许可、知识产权、财务分析及法律合同的基础知识
General understanding of patent licensing, IP fundamentals, financial analysis, and legal contracts

▪ 熟悉消费电子、智能手机、物联网（IoT）等高科技行业
Familiarity with high-tech industries such as consumer electronics, mobile/smartphones and IoT

▪ 了解蜂窝网络、Wi-Fi 等关键标准化技术的实际应用
Knowledge of key and standards-based technologies such as cellular and Wi-Fi

▪ 优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

▪ 细心严谨，具备优先级管理与多任务处理能力
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

▪ 快节奏环境中保持耐心，以解决方案和结果为导向
Patient yet solutions-focused and outcome-oriented in a fast-paced environment

▪ 严格保守公司机密
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters
